BEST WORKPLACES FOR INNOVATION 2019.

For the second year in a row Portolano Cavallo is included among the 15 Best Workplaces™ for Innovation by Great Place to Work® Italy

For the second year in a row Portolano Cavallo is the only law firm to have ever been included in this ranking in Italy. Great Place to Work® Italy announced today the results of its research on the “Best Workplaces™ for Innovation Italy 2019”, based on the opinions of over 40.000 employees from 136 Italian companies.

Portolano Cavallo has been awarded for its commitment and attention in designing strategies and practices to promote innovation, through the adoption of cutting-edge tools and procedures for all its employees, building a work environment where generating new ideas becomes natural and an achievable goal for everyone.

Portolano Cavallo has always been at the forefront of innovation: in 2012 it was described in the research of “Financial Times Law 50” about the most innovative law firms in Europe as “a team of lawyers who refuse to be limited to inside-the-box thinking”.

In addition, the firm is ranked by Great Place to Work® Italy also among the “Best Workplaces Italy 2019” (for the third year in a row) and the “Best Workplaces Italy for Women 2018”, respectively recognizing the best working environments according to employees and those promoting the enhancement of women.
